Coach Weed started his lacrosse career with Wheaton Warrenville South High School as a senior. After graduating he continued to Purdue University where he started for four years. He also spent time coaching the Lafayette Hawks High School Lacrosse team in Lafayette, Indiana. He was the head coach at that program for 3 years and brought the team to the playoffs in their second year. He now resides in Wheaton.

Coach Chang is currently a senior at Wheaton College but transferred in his junior year from Valley Forge Military College. He was born in New York but spent the later years of his life in Eastern Pennsylvania where he went to a public high school but left for Valley Forge Military Academy beginning his junior year. He first picked up a stick during his sophomore year in high school but then had a four year hiatus for military school and training. For the first time in a long time he played lacrosse again at VFMC as a midfielder and has not put down the stick since.
