Freshmen: Note that we are trying to reschedule the WV game for Wednesday. There was an issue with Scheduling today because of lack of Refs. Weds. is the new target day.
Practice: 6:00 - 8:00 PM on the North Soccer Field
Varsity and JV: Practice - 6:30 to 8:30 PM. Meet outside of Rex Field.

General Rules
All games will follow 2008 IHSLA Rules.
4 Minute Over Time period w/1 Timeout, Sudden Death

Game Times
Saturday: 9:00AM First round JV Level
11:00AM - First Round Frosh/Soph Level
1:00 PM - Quarter Finals JV Level
3:00 PM - Semi Finals Frosh/Soph Level

Sunday: 11:00 AM – Semi Finals JV Level
1:00 PM – Finals Frosh/Soph Level
1:30 PM – Finals JV Level

Seeding
Seeding will be finalized on Friday the 16th when all games have been completed.
The formula is:
1) Only use contests between DP1 and DP2 teams. 2) Best Record 3) Head to Head (first tie breaker). 4) Goals Against (second tie breaker) 5) Goals in Favor. (third tie breaker)
 

Wall Ball

Want to take that starting spot on the team from day 1? Hit the wall. Check out this informative video to polish up your skills. Remember, only 1 month till practice starts. It´s important to get out there early and ofter.
 

Individual Training

Players looking to accelerate their skills are recommended to head up to Sports Made Personal ("SMP"), in Niles. Sports Made Personal offers Lacrosse specific training from a great staff. Mark Bundra (Providence College, 2007) and Justin Kohl (Indiana, 2005) are excellent coaches with fantastic lacrosse experience. Time slots are open for individuals, pairs, trios and groups. All players looking to gain an edge on the field are encouraged to set up time with Mark or Justin. Contact Sports Made Personal and let them know that Mark Bundra referred you. The phone number at SMP is 847.588.3550 and is available 24 hours a day. Leave a message if nobody answers and Mark or Justin will get back to you.
 

Spring 2008 Schedules

The Schedules for all levels have been posted to the website. They can be accessed through the Schedules tab. The Falcons are excited to be competing at the Varsity B level for the first time this year. A 17 game schedule proves to be a heafty load, with big games April 18th against Wheaton Warrenville South, April 22nd against Benet Academy and Indiana teams Lafayette Jefferson and North Central on April 26th.

The Junior Varsity team rounds it schedule out at 13 games on the season with big games against York on April 11th and Marian Catholic on April 19th.

The Freshman schedule is half complete, with the total number ending up at 10 games. The important game being May 5th against Wheaton Warrenville South, which last year ended with a score of 2 to 1 in the Falcons favor.
